1. it’s okay when plans change. you cannot plan out your future or your life, things will happen. make sure you try to adjust to change.
2. give yourself breathing room. when due dates are coming up and you have too many responsibilities, give yourself a little room to breathe. i know you might think you don’t have the time, but you can spare a few minutes.
3. learn to stay in contact with your friends. with so much things to do you might forget about them, you might not have time for them. school is important but so are your friends. talk to them, allow them to give you their support.
4. reunite with old friends. talk to friends that used to mean the world to you, see how they’re doing. you might not be in their life anymore, but you were still a part of it.
5. learn to accept and move on. whether it’s old relationships, friendships or fights. keeping a grudge is not helpful to you and it will not help you grow as a person.
6. be nice to others. the world can be a really cruel place, there is no need to add more negativity.
7. you are the most important person in your life. do not forget that. your life revolves around you. educate yourself, find things you are passionate about and most importantly love yourself. no one else is as important as yourself. family and friends are important but in the end the only person there is you.
